a-ha (Commonly pronounced in Norway as A’ha, or simply A-ha) is and has been a Rock’ n’ Roll music band from the early 1980’s. A-ha blasted itself fully with melodious songs and rhythmic music, while its comforting but soothing tones spanned across the distances all around the globe. Its key entertaining vocalist—Morten Harket; its striking songwriter and guitarist—Pål Waaktaar-Savoy, and its brilliant keyboard player—Magne Furuholmen made highlighting impact on the stage of fame during the early 1980’s and onwards.

               A-ha

The word ‘A-ha’ echoed in a powerful way to Morten Harket. Its songwriter, Pål Waaktaar-Savoy had initially cited one such song title under this same “A-ha” spelling. To the highest of expectations, after glancing at the notebook of Pål’s,  Morten made his way to hailing and announcing that their Band of Three would be ideally known as a-ha. Conclusive facts suggested that “A-ha” is meant for a resonating word of recognition and acknowledgement. It is as well a name with an unusual twist that can be easily mastered and pronounced. Morten Harket, Pål Waaktaar-Savoy and Magne Furuholmen felt revived upon the acknowledgement that their band would be known as A-ha.
