JUSTICE DENIED (By V.M. Gopaul)

V. M. Gopaul’s
“JUSTICE DENIED”
Synopsis written by Vimal Kodai
Dated the 30th of May, 2017
Justice Denied

Edited by M.J Moores and written by the author of the mystery-thriller, Tainted Justice, V.M Gopaul’s latest novel has yet another brilliant story that explores different notable main areas of Iran, Afghanistan, Israel and Pakistan—where the novel Justice Denied designates a very persistent and non-stop adventure of its key protagonist, Jake Hudley. Jake struggles fiercely to come to the rescue of his beloved and very well-cherished wife, Laila. This has him circling around and contouring the area of the Middle-Eastern soils where he finds himself in a sizzling adventure filled with periled risks, dangerous encounters and unexpected plots that lead him to discover a more profound and in-depth world of terrorism, political manipulations, media exploitation and usages of technology in the handling of gutsy and unwanted wicked acts.

Tainted Justice

If one were to contrast V.M Gopaul’s first fiction novel to that of this present second one; the following could be distinctly portrayed: Tainted Justice (Released in 2012) was written with such a vivacious exploration of man who struggles to fight against the corrupt politicians and corrupt system while being assisted by those he loves and those who used to love him ‘Versus’ Justice Denied (Released in 2017) which brings light on a husband who struggles to save the love of his life by again challenging and fighting extremists and the corrupt systems—however, this present fight gives an even more dangerous and more exciting look of a world that terrorizes, panics and traumatizes.

Justice Denied is in reality, a novel that does not deny any kinds of thrills and action to its readers. It is written to charm and please those who enjoy an unimaginable adventure that spans across few Middle-Eastern countries and frontiers, few biblical sites, and across unwanted territories of the Islamic regime. It is very much a novel that explores the various landing grounds of activities that are not meant for the sake of moral virtues, whereby it shows various glares of lights on how extremists and their ideals can be dangerously encountered by foreigners to Middle-East. The world of terror and those responsible of it is being brought to life by taking one such example of the case of Jake Hudley’s adventures and misadventures. The main ideas behind Justice Denied dwell on uncharted beliefs, religious differences, lack of open-mindedness and ignorance leading to the ruthless endorsement of several morally incorrect criminal activities.

Star Wars: Rogue One (A Star Wars Story)

Star Wars: Rogue One
A Star Wars Story
~ A Short briefing by Vimal Kodai ~

Gareth Edwards' Star Wars: Rogue One

Star Wars: Rogue One, is brought to life through the artistic and science-fiction guild talent of the newcomer director to the Star Wars franchise, Gareth Edwards. A prequel to the first ever Star Wars movie (Star Wars: A New Hope—released officially in 1977) directed by George Lucas, and a sequel to Star Wars: Revenge of the Siths, Gareth Edwards’ Star Wars: Rogue One sets off on a faraway distant planet where an ex-engineer of the Galactic Empire (Galen Erso—incarnated by actor, Mads Mikkelsen) lives and survives peacefully alongside his wife and daughter.
Star Wars: Rogue One's Darth Vader
Star Wars: Rogue One's Galen Erso

Galen Erso who holds the missing link to fully completing the construction of the Death Star lives off the land by doing farming on this remote planet. He wishes to have no business or ties to the evil-minded, Darth Vader (role held by actor, Spencer Wilding).

Admiral Orson Krennic (Role incarnated by actor Ben Mendelsohn)

Rebel Saw Gerrera (Role played by actor Forest Whitaker)

Jyn Erso (Lead role taken up by actress Felicity Jones)

A key architect and ex-engineer of the Galactic Empire whom the mighty Lord of the Dark side, Darth Vader, has been searching for, Galen Erso is finally intercepted and tracked down by the former. Vader’s admiral in chief, Orson Krennic (played by actor, Ben Mendelsohn) who leads the way to apprehending Galen Erso, is determined to remind the latter of his duty and faithfulness towards the Empire. In the attempt to pursue this course of action, Galen’s wife is shot down and murdered while the daughter of this very important engineer succeeds to escape from the scene unharmed. Galen’s daughter, Jyn Erso (role taken up by actress and starlet, Felicity Jones) survives the tragic episode and is rescued by her new guardian, a rebel with many causes, Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker).

Captain Cassian Andor (Held by Actor Diego Luna)

Fifteen years later, one of the Resistance teams, led by Captain Cassian Andor (feature and character played by actor, Diego Luna) is missioned to capture Jyn Erso and have her lead the way to tracking her father, Galen Erso. The Resistance is determined to obtain the original schematics of the Death Star. Apparently, the ‘missing in action’ ex-engineer of the Galactic Empire, has again joined Darth Vader and applied his ingenious abilities to fully construct the Death Star. Now, the Resistance fleet of Princess Leah, is setting up a plot to destroy the Death Star. To do so, they require the schematics of the Death Star at all costs. Therefore, by finding Galen Erso, they will be able to increase their chances and likelihood of attaining this sole objective. Jyn Erso, the daughter of this engineer is supposedly the one and only who knows how and where to find her guardian, Saw Gerrera—the one who can lead the Resistance to Galen. Her capture is eminent and very crucial to this mission of the Resistance fleet. The latter will be directed straight to its right destination with Jyn on board.

Thus, the plot of Star Wars: Rogue One takes its course and the sees itself finding newer and newer adventures that explode with: explosives, gunshots, fights in outer-space that are filled with thrills, martial arts combats and fighting scenes undertaken by actor Donnie Yen who plays the role of character Chirrut Imwe; stealing of the schematics of destroying the Death Star from another remote planet, thrill fights and battle on this remote planet’s paradisiac island, escape from many misadventures, the killing of the Admiral of Galactic Empire—Orson Krennic, and finally, the handing over of the schematics to Princess Leah. These will all lead to the movie which has already been released in 1977 and which stands for a brand new hope. George Lucas’s Star Wars: A New Hope has found itself a major starter and refilled prequel which targets this same new hope as being the ultimate goal of the Resistance.

Star Wars: Rogue One

Star Wars: Rogue One gives a very different but new perspective on how George Lucas's 1977, Star Wars: A New Hope came to be. It has a new storyline which relates very closely to the networking ideology behind all the Star Wars movies. It gives a whole new glimpse and an original outlook of an entirely amazing Star Wars story.

Master Kong or Kong Fut-zi (Latinized as Confucius) & his mastered “The Analects”

Master Kong or Kong Fut-zi (Latinized as Confucius)
& his mastered “The Analects”
~ A briefing by Vimal Kodai ~

Confucius
A practitioner of skills in the art of social philosophy, societal compassion, self-discipline, moral virtues and moral values—Confucius drove ethical, disciplinary, political, social, moral and philosophical teachings into the lives of those who sought for a lifestyle that brightens their perspective about life. A man of modest and humble background, Confucius maintained lots of true virtues in several aspects of positive thinking and reliable knowledge. So that many would be able to benefit from finding solutions to unknown puzzles troubling them on daily basis, Confucius settled himself as an instructional master and a philosophical guide to his fellow countrymen.

Born in 551 BC and passing away in 479 BC, Confucius had a lifetime expertly used in the deriving of fresh joy and happiness for many individuals. As he had so many positive motives and a show of passion for life, this thinker had a distinct character that made him go on the quest for alternate routes and newer means in the thinking processes. He adopted strategic foundations and modelled exceptional skills in the art of philosophical and ethical practice. This was achieved with such a distinct charisma that his teachings and principles are well-regarded to this present day era.

A man of multiple talent and exceptional habits, he believed in his abilities and potentials to make matters better and progressively stronger for the entire world. He had the aspirations of a fellow thinker whose framework was based on simplistic but practical approaches that could enhance and better the lives of many with the powerful ‘words of mouth’ and through his constructive sets of writings.

Confucius (or, Master Kong Fut-zi as per his original name), strongly believed in setting goals that would lead to healthy thinking, and that these would portray meaningful results for his disciples and to his fellow compatriots.  A man who reflected on his ideas and principles, Confucius relied on the two latter for a dignified series of instructions and way of handling life that would surpass other traditions. His intellectual skills adapted to his way of his life. This way of life resonated very immensely in the lives of those who followed his instructions and sets of principles.

The Analects
The Analects is a very insightful source of intelligible evidence of Confucius’s expertise. It is a thorough compilation of what he said through his conversations and presentations. It is not about what he wrote and prescribed, but it is a digest about what he dictated to his disciples. In fact, The Analects is written and compiled by Confucius’s disciples, and the latter’s disciples as well.
